Our Programmes
Four Pathways to
Owning Your Future
You get to decide what your working life looks like
Whether you’re finding your feet or ready to move forward, our programmes are built around one idea: the best person to define your working life is you. We provide the skills, the support and the community to make that possible.
What We Believe
Most support for people furthest from employment focuses on what’s wrong — the gap in the CV, the barrier to overcome, the deficit to fix. We start somewhere different. We start with what’s right. Every person who comes through our door has skills, experience and potential that the conventional job market simply doesn’t know how to value. Our job is to help make that value obvious — to you, and to the people who’ll pay for it.
Teaching “what to do” achieves little unless people become proficient at “how to do it.” So we don’t deliver a standard curriculum. We build from your strengths, your situation and your goals — because there are no right or wrong answers, only the best fit for you.
The Programmes
Foundation Programme
💡 Grow Inspires
Our core programme gives you the tools to define your own economic path. Not a generic business course — a programme built around your skills, your strengths and what you actually want your working life to look like.
What you’ll cover
Financial planning · Marketing your skills · Finding your customers · Building something sustainable · Working out what success looks like for you
Who it’s for
Anyone who has skills they want to turn into work — whether you have a clear idea already or just know you want something different from what the job market is offering you.
7-Week Programme
🔥 Phoenix
Phoenix is for people facing the greatest barriers — those who’ve been furthest from employment, who’ve been told their situation is too complicated, or who simply haven’t found anything that meets them where they are. Seven weeks of highly practical, highly personal support that goes well beyond skills.
Phoenix works because it starts with who you are, not who the system thinks you should be. You set the goals. You define success. The tutors ask the questions; you have the answers.
What you’ll cover
Finding your hidden gem · Packaging your skills · Identifying your customers · Building confidence · Overcoming the barriers that have held you back · Making your first sale
Who it’s for
People who face significant barriers to conventional employment — whether that’s a difficult history, long-term unemployment, lack of qualifications, or simply never having been given a fair chance. If you’ve been written off before, Phoenix is designed with you in mind.

🧩 Capable
Capable gives neurodivergent young people a real business development challenge, set by a real small business. Working with AI, they produce something the business can use, and walk away with evidence of what they can do. Not a certificate. Not a grade. Actual work.
For businesses, it brings a fresh perspective on a genuine problem at no cost, and a natural way to find talented people to commission for future projects.
What you’ll cover
Working on a real brief · Thinking with AI · Producing something useful · Building a portfolio · Discovering what you are good at
Who it’s for
Neurodivergent young people whose talents have never been valued in the right way, and the small businesses willing to set them a real challenge.
8-Session Online Course
⭐ Indispensable
Indispensable was developed for the Department for Work and Pensions to support young people shut out of work during the pandemic. It helps people understand their strengths, articulate their value and step confidently into work, through eight short video sessions with take-away resources and peer mentoring.
Capable and Indispensable are designed to work together: Capable generates the evidence of what someone can do, and Indispensable turns it into a CV, a portfolio and a story they can tell with confidence.
What you’ll cover
Authentic strengths · Finding the perfect role · Polishing social profiles · Making yourself valuable at work · Creative CVs · Terrific teams · Acing the interview · Becoming truly indispensable
Who it’s for
Young people looking for work, or wanting to make themselves indispensable in the job they already have.
